Lump in my throat

I feel like I have a lump in my throat and I regeratate everytime I eat snd my stomache hurts ,I was wondering if this is gerd.I feel so sick, I have chronic pain,but never had this before. My doctor thinks its anxiety,but I know how I feel,any imput would help.
