Is this from Stomach Acid?

I have been getting this sort of "stabbing" pain in the upper abdominal, like right in the center.. Just underneath the bone where your rib cage connects. The pain goes from top to bottom. The pain is sometimes associated with the same part where you feel your hunger at when it makes that growling noise when its hungry. Sometimes it doesnt hurt but its like someone threw a cold water in my stomach.

I get pain in the chest too, and i notice that when its growling, I can feel this "airy" feeling going up my chest. Its not exactly a burp and its doesnt feel "hot" liek most heartburn, but its like a pinching sensation. And sometimes it goes to my lungs... Theres even day where I feel like I swallowed a small ball in my chest. But I can swallow ok.

I dont feel regurgitating or taste any soury taste so Im wondering if that could that be the acid?

I have been taking 40mg of nexium for the past 1 and a half months. Pain dont go away. I get a little relief when eat bland foods though.
