I take a shot glass and fill it half way (about a tablespoon) and fill the rest up with apple juice and just shoot it down. Kinda has a apple cider taste no problem this way. I do it at least twice but usually three times a day at meal time either before or after works great. I also do the black strap molasses mixed in milk and aloe vera juice mixed with blueberry or pomegrante juice twice a day. I have been able to get off of Nexium doing this the side effects of the meds were making me crazy. The only problem I am having now is the stiff sore neck and poping neck muscles occasionally, I think this is a result of changing my sleeping position to prevent the GERD. I have always slept on my right side and that is a Gerd no no, so I think my neck muscle are readjusting to sleeping on my back and left side. Anbody else experience this or similar problems?
