My husband is pretty bad with Psoriasis. Will give him yet another med to take lolol.. poor guy.. But he will try anything to get rid of it so I think were going to look into LDN too.. and see if that clears it up. First the Omega 3.. Already have him taking Vit D. I want to research the LDN more though for use in Psoriasis. It cleared up my elbows but I have it pretty mild. It is not helping with the Psoriatic Arthritis though.. grrrr lol. But just started so will see.

Hope the LDN helps. Let us know how things are going. I'm always interested in others' ways of treating this disease. Thanks!

I have had psoriasis for fifty years! A gift from my Mother..I also have psoriatic arthritis. Like most auto-immune illnesses, there are no quick or easy cures. I have tried everything from topical creams, to prednisone, to methotrexate.. I finally gave up after dealing with the horrid side effects from most of them. Somedays are good, and some are not so good. But, I can tell you for sure that stress, lack of sleep, or any up coming cold etc. can make it go crazy! Even my Mother used to say, " I always know when I am going to get sick, cause my psoriasis gets really bad." Best wishes to you in dealing with your psoriasis. Please feel free to chat with me if you like..

My husband has very bad psoriatic arthritis. after years of really suffering with the pain and embarassment he is now on Humira (as well as a lot of other drugs). It took about
4 weeks for the psoriasis to clear and now he only has some old marks on his legs. Everywhere else wnet completely. It's been about
9 months now and he's so much better. The psoriasis covered 90% of his body so it was a real relief. We recently got a spa pool (hot tub) and that is helping too.
