I am telling you that this is most basic problem.....most of people are suffering from this problem....is any one told me home base trick.

In order to improve the damaged skin caused due to Psoriasis, one needs to bath daily properly so the ta the scales are removed, keep the affected area moist by making use of moisturizer and the affected area must be prevented from sunlight and should be covered with some plastic wrap.

I began using a digestive enzyme supplement to aid in digestion due to gas and bloating associated with IBS and low and behold it is curing my psoriasis. I knew your immune system is all in your digestive tract, But i wasn't expecting this. The supplement I am using is Natures Bounty Digest-13, I bought it at walgreens.

The skin needs morning sunlight to activate and metabolize vitamin D. Early sunlight helps our skin but not to the point of drying it. If you have nice weather there then you are lucky.
