PA..is it in a few joints or all?

For those with Psoriatic Arthritis, is it in a few joints or all? I have the symmetrical and it is in all my joints and came on suddenly.

I was just dx and would like to know what type of PA you have, if yours came on suddenly or not, and if it effects a few joints or all?

My PA is in several joints but not all. Mine did not come on suddenly but over a period of a 3-6 months. I also have Fibromyalgia so it is possible that it was coming on for quite sometime but I just thought it was the Fibro until the swelling became terribly bad.
