suggestions for psoriasis inversa

I usually post on the Ulcerative colitis forum, but I am here now to ask for your advice regarding psoriasis inversa. I have some red, itchy spots on my buttocks and close to the genital area. They are not scaly, but this is very common for this area of the body. I had them for a while, but they were not so problematic before. Do you have any suggestions for topical ointments that work in this sensitive part? I know the hydrocortison cream should not be used for a long time. Did anybody have success with something?

I was prescribed a compound that had to be mixed at a compounding pharmacy. It ruins clothes and really only can be applied when i plan to stay home. It took me forever to even get the correct diagnosis for this issue. Good luck!
