In Psoriasis, often the skin gets infected and it takes a lot of time to clear the skin from the patches that is actually caused due to Psoriasis. So, have anyone found any good and valuable solution that would help in making the skin as it was before. :-)

I actually have a place on my arm that gets infected quite often and getting the psoriasis to heal has been impossible.I wish I knew of something to try because so far nothing is working.

Well, I have known some but I wanna know which one would be the best one if anyone has experienced the same situation. What are up to to heal your Psoriasis?

So, are you searching for some new one that would work or continuing with the same, have you tried for home remedy like applying of the natural coconut oil?

No, I have not tried coconut oil. I did however use olive oil for quite a awhile on this arm in particular and it did help to an extent. When I would think about it, I would just put it on my arm several times a day.We are talking several layers of skin being involved & it did soften the area somewhat. None of the high dollar ointments the dermatologist had me try helped.

Having suffered for years, I recently found some herbal treatments online that have cleared my skin wonderfully.  Thoroughly recommend all products from http://littlepsoriasiscompany.co.uk/index.html.

I actually read this article recently purevites.com/insights/coconut-oil-sunscreen/ that makes me think that coconut oil would be great for psoriasis as well. Have you guys ever used it as a sunscreen?
