Skin rash

Helo everyone I'm a dark skined African! I'm new to this and shy, but iv been suffering from a rash that started on my chest my junior year in high school and spread to my neck torso, back and face over the past 4 years! It's under my eyes and above my eyebrows! I don't know how to post pics from my iPhone I would but I cant! It ruined my freshman year of college but I'm starting to come out of my shell and embrace it my sophomore year! If anyone has any ideas let me know! Iv tried acid peels and lightning creams! It's works for a little bit then comes back even darker! The rash is a lot darker then my skin and gets very flaky and dry if I don't use moisturizer! Please help

I agree that the best answer is to see a dermatologist, you need a solid diagnosis before we can recommend anything, but it sounds more like seborrhea than psoriasis to me.  I have seborrhea on my face and psoriasis on my body.  Let us know what you find out.
