SICK AND SO WEAK, PLEASE HELP ME

HI, I am Cathy and I have arthritis, fibro, CFS and am a diabetic. I have been running a low grade fever, 99 or 99.2, for several months. I also have severe neuropathy in my feet and legs. I do walk in my house using walls and cane for balance. I have wheelchair if I go anywhere that involves walking any distance. For 2 weeks now I have felt so sick. I get chills and some nausea. My knees are bad and need surgery and they are so weak right now and I just feel sick all over. I guess when I have had horrible flu and feel so weak is the way I feel. I dont have any infections nor the flu. This has happened to me before but not so bad. I would appreciate any imput from you if you have felt this way with a bad arthritis flare? I have been to see my PC for blood work and to see if I have kidney infection? I just dont know what to do. You mention you have fibro. Fibro can cause flu like symptoms. I'd go see the dr and be checked for lupus. Lupus and fibro have some similarities so you could have that.
None of the fever or flu like symptoms sounds like arthritis. My pain always comes on a dull ache and the longer I push it it gets to be a more over whelming pain. The arthritis doesn't bother me as much as the fibro.
I'd definitely go to the dr. Good luck and I hope your pain is taken care of soon.
