osteo or something brewing

Hey. Dx osteo with aortic valve leak, degenerative disk disease, ibs, endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, peptic ulcer. Pain and weekness alternates wrist, fingers, back, neck, knees, feet, toes. Ana positive 1:320 speckled. Take tramadol. See rheumatologist. My knees hurt so bad sometimes. It wakes me up at night. What does it sound like?
