I'm 67 years old(how I hate admitting that). Had very successful TKR in mid-September. Shortly after was hit with unbearable pain in other knee, shoulder pain diagnosed as torn rotator cuff and arthritis, and swelling of hands. Doctor put me on 15MG of Meloxicam once a day and 2 regular strength Tylenol 3 times a day. This has been since January 20th and I seem to be getting worse. For over a week now, I literally cannot get out of bed in the morning. My husband has to help me up and get me on a walker. My "non-surgery" foot has swollen to about four times its' normal size. Neither doctor(one for knee, one for shoulder) has suggested surgery at this point. Had two P.T. sessions for shoulder pain but had to quit because of difficulty walking - don't think I can get out of house. Does anyone have any advice or hope for me?
