What do you usually do on a bad Asthma Day?

Do you know what triggered it?  I would definitely take your medications, rest and avoid what triggered it.  Anyone else have any suggestions?

A bad forrest fire near our house.  The winds finally changed by "Evening Grocery" Time.  Plus, My Allergies were acting up as well.

That would definitely trigger an asthma attack for me.  I hope you are feeling better today.

I sleep as much as I can when I am not up to much. I already voted. Glad I was not near a forest fire. It is always something with air pollution. I come from Brooklyn which was very polluted and worked in the printing trade. I am tired of asthma and asthma makes me tired.  It is not worth the effort to go to the doctor unless you are infected with glumps of yellow green stuff coming up. eyes eyes eyes

I live in Northern Fl and last summer we had many fire outbreaks and the biggest fire we had was the bugaboo wildfire. The smoke was so thick you were not even able to drive the the sky was orange colored..the pics I have are unbelievable. But when the fires happened was right after I was diagnosed with asthma and it killed me being out and about. I was so tired from not be able to breath that I was not able to work and was not able to leave my home. At least when the winds change u are able to leave the house. There was no winds here and the fire was in my county so there was no escaping it. They evenually evacuated all hospitals and most of the town shut down till it was under control. It took a while for them to get it undercontrol but I am very thankful to all the firefighters that came from all over to help put it out.

Very bad situation for you and many others I am sure. Please rest whenever possible. The firefighters are very brave people. In a way, you have to be brave too and keep trudging along. Remember to drink plenty of liquids.

when my asthma is really bad I usually set up a good video, make an ice cold drink and take my meds and curl up with my gorgeous husband who massages me to sleep...almost worth having asthma...only joking.i also find eatinf asparagus great to detoxify the body..groovey
