Most common believe is that certain condition is triggered by immediate exposure to outside elements whereas in most cases body reacts from the triggers which are generated indoor (indoor polution, mold), and than symptoms surface upon exposure to different elements such as heat, sun, pollen, etc. Our visit with new allergy doctor changed our lives. We left asthma in dust by changing our living environment; reducing drastically indoor pollutants and changing our diet. It worked for both my son and my husband. Last doctor's exam showed boost of their immune system to the level not seen for the longest time. Start from your home that makes you well or not well. My other child still gets sinus reactions every time she goes in our garage or basement, the only place we did not paint with Caliwel, which we will do next for sure. We carry out what we generate in house and than we put through the test and get surprised.
Glad that worked for you but it didn't for me. I get asthma bad in the summer and weezing gets worse in high-humidity. This is a legit symptom of the body overreacting to something mundane.
BTW - Advair and Pulmicort rarely help the 'heat asthma' as I call it...
