Anyone Had Success Trying Quercetin With Bromelain?

A naturalpath doctor suggested i give it a try. I have had chronic post nasal drip for years. As a result of the post nasal drip running down into my airways i also get asthma and upper respitory infections every 6 to 8 weeks it seems. I've been on Quercetin with Bromelain 1 per day for about 6 weeks now and was doing better i thought but now with Ragweed very high it has returned again so maybe i will try 2 a day. Thanks for any help.

I have not tried this, but I've been reading about it and am thinking about trying it. I'm on Asmanex and Zyrtec for asthma and allergies, but I continue to get sick about once per month just like you. My doctor says it's because my asthma and allergies are not controlled well. I'm seeing an allergist in a few weeks to get tested.
