Hi! have had Asthma most of my life - have had to use my inhaler as many as four times a day. - my asthma is not gone but 99% is history - I stopped using my fireplace, no one in my family smokes anymore, i gave my beloved dog away, I removed most of the carpet from my home replacing it with wood floors, I replaced my forced air furnace with a hydronic boiler, the furniture i use is leather. Today I do not have to use my inhaler, i work hard outside, I go cross country through swamps and upland, and still no inhaler is required. I don't think I am totally cured but i sure feel a hell of a lot better. - no polls - no albuterol, - no nothing

I've been doing the same things for a few years and noticed big changes for me until I stopped smoking :) I guess it will take awhile to heal :)
