Well i gave the daily OregaSinus rinse a try for 2 months and still came down sick with another upper respiratory infection. If anyone has used an all natural product that helped them with Chronic Sinusitis/Upper Respiratory infections please help thank you in advance very much.

I use a saline nasal spray, not the rinse or wash as I had
nose bleeds directly from the wash and it hurt my nose too...
Lots of good old Vitamin C, maybe a honey/lemon tea and drinking lots of water...
Good luck to you, since your ill though try some chicken noodle soup and breathe in the steam
from it...
Hope this helps...
Keep us posted

Thanks much for reply. I too get sinus headaches from the sinus wash. The spray is more gentle yes but seems to make my post nasal drip start up and has not stopped my ongoing sinus infections. There has got to be an all natural product out there to help chronic sinusitis sufferers? Vitamin C has never worked for me either.

Sorry wish I could've been of more help, try the steam and hot compresses.
My doctor would tell me to try musinex (spelled wrong), I've tried about
everything too ,
I've had sinsus drained, operated on for deviated septum, nasal washes to nasal sprays
finally put on a nasal anti histamine and nasal spray seems to work. along with an occassionally
just steam. it took awhile for the nasal spray to work but it helps now...
Hope you find something to help, soon...
lots of well wishes and soft hugz coming your way..
my allergy doc thinks I should have another surgery to
open up my sinsus, but with all
I've been through I think that can wait, as I'm getting stuff done to help my back pain, if it ain't one thing after the next eh....

I have also been on every steroid nasal spray on the market and they have not helped...seem to work for awhile then stop working...sinus infections return...do you get sore throats from them and which one works best for you thanks?

I've been and used serveral nasal steroid sprays through the years and found that basicly
they are addicitive if used long term and general not good for you and can have bad withdrawals
I seldom now a days use a steroid nasal spray, but in November was given Omnaris used it once,
yes it help but had plenty of side effects to go along with it, it's a newer nasal spray. ask for it with caution
you'll be able to taste the steroid on the back of your throat (yucky, yucky) but true. I use a nasal
spray called Astelin and it's not a steroid spray but an anti histamine spray ask for it and use it with the
saline nasal spray and that might give you better relief.

Yes i tried Omnaris and Avamys the 2 new ones but my post nasal drip did not stop and yes prescript
ion meds are not good for us long term anyway. I have tried everything the doctors have to offer and all have failed....desperatly seeking an all natural supplement.
