scratchy, itchy throat anyone?

I take Zyrtec and Singulair but I still get the scratchy throat on occasion. You can dry gargling with warm salt water several times a day to see if it helps. You may also want to try a nasal rinse. What you are experiencing is post nasal drip and even if you are not having any issues with your sinuses, your sinuses drain down the back of your throat, causing irritation.

I was on shots when I was younger. Same deal with the nose and throat. I was highly allergic to outside elements and animals. A professor of mine introduced me to something called OPC-3 about a 6 years ago and it has changed my life. It is in the form of Isotonics which abosorbs 90% into your system upon 10-15 minutes of taking it. With it I take a compo of Vitamin C and Multivitamin Isotinics and my allergies have all but gone away. In fact, I was at an apple orchard today, in the middle of a children's petting zoo with lots of hay and animals and who knows what and I didn't feel a thing. Life change. Of course this is not substitue to doctors orders or perscriptions and I wouldn't tell you to go against what your doctor had given and told but I am off of anything else I had been taking. If anyone is interested, I love to tell you how to get it as well. I know that my professor changed my life, I just like to help change other peoples lives in return.
