I was in my local Walmart today, where they are doing a remodel.
I walked by the flower display, my eyes started watering and nose started pouring. I got away from that area quickly. I started feeling better.
Later, I went over to the health and beauty dept on the other side of the store and suddenly started coughing. Within seconds I was wheezing! I felt my throat begin to close with an asthma attack.
My eyes and nose started pouring water by the gallon. I grabbed my inhaler and immedately took two puffs. I started leaving the area within a few seconds, choking and coughing all the way. I had to go almost 100 yds away before I started breathing easier. I had to take a benadryl to stop the reaction totally.
I left the store beginning to feel better, then my niece said she needed to get a bouquet of flowers for her mom. Needless to say we road home with the windows down and my shirt pulled up over my nose.
I hate my allergies!

I wanted to go to the y to continue my rehabilitation (after total knee replacement) and they were remodeling the floor and it was pollution. I left but did not rely on a rescue inhaler...there is this thing called air. I say split get outdoors and breathe.

I'm feeling better today.
but I woke up this morning so puffed up with extra fluid that I could look down and see my cheeks. I took my fluid pill and thought I'd never stop peeing. I'm still 6 pounds more than I was yesterday. I can't figure if it's related to my thyroid troubles or allergies.
Oh well....

Beware of cockroaches as potential allergens. Allergens found in their bodies, saliva and feces can be inhaled. The first place to start is the kitchen, where they are most likely to convene. They feed on your leftovers. So be sure to keep your kitchen counters, floors, and skinks free of any food particles or crumbs.

Well, I'm glad to say my house is cockroach free. :)
My cats ate them all. :<
A fly or a spider doesn't stand a chance in my house. Merrrrrow!
By the way my yard is coated in pollen "worms". This means no more tree pollen in my area! Yeah!
