Help, throat can't eat anything...

I hope someone can provide some answers.

Four days ago, I took a liquid mltiminerals (was deficient)

Reaction was not typical allergic reaction.

It felt as if I had something stuck in the throat.
The tongue was not swelling, I did not have hives,
no wheezing, but still felt as if something stuck at the
back of the throat. I went to ER, and they checked.
No swelling. This lasted for 6 hours. Yet, when I drank
water, it did't flow smoothly at the back of the throat.

Doctors and allergists to date, don't know.
(I had similar a few years back)

The following day, I reacted to cheese, tingles in the lips,
and cucumber, as well as the same sensation in the throat.

Yesterday and today, everything I tried eating caused the
same sensation of something stuck at the back of the throat.
When this happens, I try drinking water - it does not flow
smoothly, as when I don't have this sensation at the back of the throat.

I need to eat, I am hungy and weak...

What could this be?

Is this how an anaphylactic reactions starts, but
does not develop further? I understood it was the airways
or the bronchiles that are affected.

I read neurological involvement as in TPRV and NMDA receptors
which can cause "sensations" triggering something akin to allergic
reactions and MCS from which I also suffer.

I also read that the vagus nerve may be implicated.

Yes, hum, doctors don't know.

I was wondering if this is how anaphylaxis
starts, or could be some slight reaction to
foods inflammation reaction.

I am unable to take meds because there
is a metabolizing issue.

I read about it, and some friends of mine
suffer with it. But good point.

There is a type of Gerd called silent Gerd. You have a feeling of something stuck in your throat all of the time. I had that.

Was it accompanied with tinglings in the lips and cheeks?
Did it last for six hours or so?
And when you drank water, did it flow smoothly??
