Okay, after having my asthma managed wonderful for over ten years on Advair I let an insurance nurse talk me into going cheaper with my medicine. I switched to QVar.
I was so stupid! 
Qvar did not help me any. In fact my asthma got worse!! 
I lost my insurance with my job lay off. 
Now I'm stuck with 3 qvar inhalers and wheezing terribly. 
I noticed I still had Advair refills left so I refilled one without the insurance...$400! For 30 days!!!!!!
I'm going to try to get them free from the company but it will take some time.
The problem is now my asthma is uncontrollable again. Dispite the nebulizer and rescue inhaler.
I've got to start from scratch on building up my resistance again.
