My sinus surgery failed also. My ENT has had me trying every spray on the market - thankfully mostly with samples because they are expensive!
The only thing that has been helping, after antibiotics get the current infection stopped, is budesonide in a sinus wash bottle. Budesonide has to be ordered mail order directly by the doc. You can't just get an Rx for it. The supplier keeps sending new wash bottles and salt and charging me $40 on top of my insurance, but I need a new Rx and am going to negotiate not getting stuff I don't need. I like my NeilMed bottle better.
I make my own saline mix, as directed by my allergist, with 1/4 tsp salt and a pinch of baking soda. I use warm water and add the budesonide. It makes a difference from plain saline rinse. Not perfect, but definitely decreases the swelling of the tissues, allowing better drainage and hence, fewer infections.
Different people get relief with different methods. Keep jumping through the hoops.
