This sounds awful, scary too. Does it only happen when you're outside? A friend of mine had similar problems, though not as severe and it turned out she was allergic to tree pollens. I don't know if doctors routinely test for this kind of thing though, I think she ended up ordering a test online, this kind of thing...

it, but I remember reading somewhere about
certain foods being the trigger, they're fine just in your stomach but then any kind of exercise moves them around a bit and releases something to starts the reaction?
