Ahhhh, Nichols Tears,
I believe we also discussed this, too~doing nothing?? Do you, or a neighbor of your's have a dog you could bathe and take for a walk around the block?
Is there a swimming area nearby you?
Do you like to play tennis, golf, softball? Any type of team sports? I remember you telling me something earlier-but I don't remember right off hand what that was...?
Here's a little story that may bore you, but it is important.
When a baby is born, they have lungs. In some cases the baby's lungs aren't real active yet and they can get very close to dying. The Dr.'s actually encourage the baby to cry! Do you know why? It's so important to keep your heart and lungs active from birth til you are way older than you are now, or they start to slow down on you and they can't take a lot of exercise. So by the Dr. letting the wee baby cry, he, or she isn't being mean to the baby, he's helping to save it's life!!
That's why I'm encouraging you to keep active and even if you had asthma, I'd be telling you to do the same
thing! So try and get outdoors this summer and find things to do that may help something or someone else and yourself at the same time!
Please keep me posted, okay?! Big Hugs, Teri
