I have severe allergies as well...mostly in the spring and summer. I breathe a sigh of relief when winter rolls around because my allergies become very mild, and most times go away.
I'm a bit of a hypochondriac myself. I was diagnosed with mild asthma a few years ago. I don't always have symptoms but I get lightheaded and winded sometimes. Like you, I always think something might be wrong with me....
I've also convinced myself many times before I might have cancer, a brain tumor, lung cancer. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one!
I also suffer from slight anxiety, mostly stemming from thinking i have something wrong with me. I have suffered panic attacks before with symptoms of a heart attack ( clammy hands, feels like you cant breathe, heart racing, feeling faint)
I don't have health insurance right now so I don't go to the doctor often but I probably need to. I need to get my allergies/asthma checked again. I feel like if I had an inhaler it would help with my breathing. I have never had an attack but I'm afraid I might one day.
I joined this topic because I want people to talk to about this kind of stuff.
