Freaking out... allergies and pain.

I have dust allergy, well allergic of any kind of pollution.Going through treatment of T.B and have liquid around left lung, and a deep aching constant pain. I am really scared of pulmonary fibrosis but my doctor doesn't take me seriously. Been to many doctors. Now I'm starting to have pain on my right side too. All very terrifying. What should I do? How to rule it out?

Voice, you may giving yourself a panic attack causing the pain in your chest.

Use some slow breathing dectechiques to calm

breath in 123 slow hold breath out 1234 repreat at least 5-10 times. the longer exhale will naturally calm your body.

I have a feeling you are self diagnosis over the internet. IF you are STOP. It is a very unhealthy thing to do Trust your doctors.

If you get a fever or start vomiting go to the ER

Voice, calm down, breath - just like Trina suggests. I know it may sound overwhelming right now but try to relax. You're the master of you and not the anxiety or panic. You're the king/queen. Take it easy. It's gonna be fine.

Just avoid avoid going to dusty and crowded places. Regular exercise and healthy diet can also help. Keep your surrounding also clean and free from dust.
