I have been on allergy shot therapy for close to a year now. Out of the blue, I developed bad allergy to my cats which brought back my asthma. I have noticed that now i can go without allergy meds for 2 to 3 days for any symptoms to develop. Usually I must take Allegra once a day every single day with nasacort as well to keep my allergies under control. Both the Allegra and the nasacort are the 24 hour dose, and usually by the end of the 24 hour period (say 2 hours prior to taking them again), I can see my hives flaring, sneezing, chest pain....). To be honest, I have been put on Symbicort for 1 month and it helped my asthma 100%, do you think this somehow also helped my allergies or is it the shots? i have not changed anything about my daily routine. Still live in the same place, 3 cats and all that stuff...
