Lately I've had really bad allergies and for the past 3 or so days, I've been finding it hard to breathe. I figured it could have been mucus because I've felt kind of congested but I haven't been able to cough it up. I've been taking hot showers and drinking plenty of fluids and nothing makes me cough it up. It has been making it a bit more difficult for me to breathe, however I can still take deep breaths. However, I also think it might be anxiety. I've been really stressed and anxious lately and I've realized that its been acting up more when I'm feeling the most anxious. For most of the day I'm fine. I also sometimes get shaky and sweaty... I'm thinking its more anxiety but at the same time it still feels like I have some mucus. Help?
