Welcome back to the forum, razinsosick.
The internet is a great source of information, but also of disinformation. Have you been to an allergy doctor? It sounds like you are sure you have allergies, so I'd see an allergist and get some simple testing to see if some affordable treatments will help.
I prefer my allergy shots to taking pills everyday. A lot of medicines make me sleepy or upset my stomach. My allergist also helped me find my specific food intolerances. If you look up allergy shots or food intolerances in the search box, you can find lots of helpful threads. Please don't reply to the old threads, though. Come back and use your own thread.
There are no shots, or even pills, for food intolerances. There aren't really any accurate tests either. The only thing that works well is keeping a food journal (see the search box) and finding the food culprits. Then, avoidance is the only "cure."
But start with the allergist! You may find that relief from environmental allergies, pollens, dust, etc., will stop a lot of the gastrointestinal symptoms, and you might not have food problems at all.
