Severe Multiple Chemical Sensitivities

I have MCS since the 1990's. I think I was over exposed to chemicals at that time. I worked in the aerospace industry, in those days there were no laws for health and safety. I suffer severely and react to many things including perfumes, colognes, sanitizer, chemical toxins, etc. I still manage to hold a job and am noticing that the air quality is becoming worse and worse. Nothing has helped, except to try and avoid exposures. I don't understand how other people can use chemicals and don't smell anything. Actually I find it disgusting how much perfume some people wear.

Do you still do house cleaning or have you had to change? Has anything helped for your MCS, except avoidance? I was recently diagnosed with celiacs, so am working hard to change my diet. I feel better, and the diet is healthier, but I miss the deserts!
