I can't exercise due to pressure hives on my hands and feet or if i get to hot or too cold if walking outside during winter time.....I am trying to get rid of the weight i put on from prednisone 75 pounds in less then 5 months when i was on them......My doctors said just take it easy and i'm like ok tell me what i can do that does not use hands or feet or pressure anywhere since i have fibromyalgia and my whole body is one big ouch! So i joined weight watchers and swim when i can and it has worked 30 pounds so far and has taken a year and only set backs called thanksgiving and going to CA for two weeks...hee hee but it going......I find it funny i was in the best shape of my life when i got hives and had never been sick before except for the flu a few times in my life......i'm making up for it now
but do your stretching when ever you can so when you are able to go back to exercising your body won't go oh my who does this person think they are......well good luck and go slow and don't get stress out because you can't it will only make the hives worse.
