I read in the newspaper that STINGING NETTLE is supposed to be helpful for allergies.
Anyone tried this.

Thanks Sherry really sweet of you. I was able to get a doctor appointment today and he thinks I have a torn disk.
The proccedure is he will give me a local and then 4 injections and then ask me to walk and if I still have pain it's a torn disk that all I know for now. I just hope I can keep calm enough so my asthma will not flair that'll be the hard part!

Hi, I have been drinking stinging nettle for years.  It tastes yummy as hot or cold tea and is excellent for inflammation and alllergies.  I would say check a herb book out of the library and read up on it.  I usually drink it for 3 months and then stop for a while and then come back to it, I do not believe in ingesting any herb without pause
