I can tell you that I am allergic to and getting shots for the following: Alternaria, Cephalosporium, Helminthosporium, Pulluraria, House dust, Aspergillus, Hematiaceae, Penicillium, Cattle, Grain dust, Corn, Wheat, eggs, potato, beans, tomato, lettuce, beef, pork, orange, apples, tea, oats, rice, yeast mix-including bakers and Brewers, Soybean, Fish-including cod, halibut, trout, mackeral, lake perch, tuna and salmon, and chicken. What I am Allergic to and not getting allergy shots for are Feathers, cat, dog, horse, milk, spices-cloves, cinnamon, sage, ginger, nutmeg, and Oregano.
For my whole life I have been tired, moody, unrelaxed, I had not concentration, I was diagnosed with IBS, Depression, ADHD, Chrones, and a hundred different other things. So when I was told I was allergic to all these things I did not believe it, and thought what did I have to lose from trying Allergy shots. So I did it and for about 7 months I have been getting what they call stabalizing shots, which will end soon I hope and the right dose will greatly effect my allergy symptoms. During my initial shots my allergies symptoms worsened and then I found relief slowly for each symptom. I was shocked at my ability to recall, so memory improvement, as well as concentration. I am not nervous or really moody which I was, and my fatigue has greatly greatly approved. The worse part for me, in regards to the shots have been more emotional, teh idea that something so simple has greatly greatly improved my life and I have a lot of anger at many people who did not see that my problems as a child and into adulthood were connected with allergies, at one point I was so low that I even tried suicide, fortunately swallowing 100 tylenol just made me puke the next morning and have unbelievable cramps. So if you have the chance to try Allergy shots, then do for it. You have really nothing to lose and all to gain. Good luck, hopefully I answered your question and I your the first person I ever talked about this with indepth, so thank you. Good Luck
