This message is for you , Auroara. It could be that you would have extra congestion no matter what lower pillow you slept on. I have the same pillow and I have trouble with my sinuses too. But I have had sinus problems for a long time. I really do not think it is the pillow, but the height of the pillow.
to: Knickers71UK. I also have vertigo and have dealt with it for 15 years. have you tried taking Par sley Capsules?Parsley is a natural dieuretic and will pull the fluid from your inner ear. I do not know what type of vertigo you have. Are you dizzy when you move your head? Does it come and go? I have found that doctors are not alot of help with vertigo. they want to give you antivert and other drugs like valium. The best thing is to get off salt and only take in about 2,000 milligrams a day. Also take the parsley if you are experiencing vertigo . 2 capsules and then if that does not do it, take 2 more. You can drink gatorade to restore your electrolytes. You can get parsley at any health food store. Hope this helps.
