virtigo attack :( just now....

Just went to the kitchen to grab a pop and I suddenly felt like I was leaning wayyyyyy over and was like wow scary, went back an layed down and felt better but I'm still thirsty and now I don't know if I should get up :( I hate this virtugo, I havent had an attack like this in like a year, why and what should I do? I guess I'm just in need of some comfort

Dehydration can cause vertigo, so can allergies and a number of other things. If this re-occurs, you might want to discuss it with your doctor. Also, some have found relief from vertigo with Acupuncture treatments, so that may be an option for you, too.
