Ill run you through the basics, milk, eggs, cheese, chicken, fish, carrots, slight allergy to peanut butter, turkey. I'm almost 26 they just seem to be getting worse last year I was grilling out chicken and fish regularly now it bothers me. So that leaves me red meat!! almost everyday!! Then I have asthma lol. Basically just gone through my life avoiding it all. Somethings are better though like perfume and gasoline ha id be screwed if couldnt pump gas lol
Is there anything I can do for this now days?
