Trouble getting a deep breath on a regular basis

Hello all,

Im new here and in need of some help. Im a 42yo male, living in NJ. Since Feb. I have had trouble trying to get that deep breath on a regular basis.

It started a week after I was sick and taking zicam for a cold, I was also eating a lot and am not sure if there is a tie-in.

I ban breath fine, my lung function tests are fine, its just when I try to tak ein that deep breath it doesnt always come...its been getting better but its not going away by any means and Im wondering if allergies play a part...

I always have had allergies and a stuffy nose, now I use nasonex and my nose is much clearer, I can breath through it, making my breathing easier, but this darn condition has really affected my quality of life home and at work...

Any ideas?

Im going to guess that this would be my next step. Something about my intuition telling me its some kind of nutritional/vitamin mineral deficiency.
