I have allergies and I am on Zyrtec and Singulair for them.  But lately I have been having horrendous sinus headaches.  I already take Tylonel Arthritis everyday due to joint pains and I can't take antihistamines like Sudafed because they make my heart race.  Is there any other alternative out there that I can try? Oh and I can't take Nsaids because of my Ulcerative colitis.

Have you tried a nasal steroid? I've taken many different kinds over the years for my sinuses.

I've tried Flonase and Nasonex in the past. Every single time I use them, I get the most horrendoud cold that turns into bronchitis. Not sure if it's a coincidence or not but now I'm afraid to try them again! LOL

Has anyone had success with a neti pot to relieve sinus headaches?

Hope your feeling better soon...the neti pot might help, I tried it but can't use it anymore, it made my sinsus bleed..my nasal passages are too small...I do use a saline nasal spray and that helps...but I've been crying a lot lately and my sinsus are hurting pretty bad..

Aww Char honey, why have you been crying? Is it the pain? Maybe that is why my sinus headaches picked up; never connected the dots. I have been crying lately too because my Gma just recently passed away. My sinus headache seems to be a bit better today but I might try a saline nose spray to see if that helps.
