I recently got a food intolerance blood test done at a health conference. I do not know much about
this test. I scored a reaction of '+4' to Cow's Milk and the person who did the test said I should take this very seriously. Apparently the '+4' is high on some international scale.
My doctor does not put too much emphasis on food intolerance. Is a '+4' a big cause for concern to this food group?
Thanks
