I'm prone to very oily skin thus causing acne at times. They're never little blackheads. They are monsters with knots! I'm 42 and this has gone on for years.
I wash, scrub, use oil control wipes, and still I am plagued.
To get to the point the other day I had an ugly one and put some acne cream I've used before and got a rash right where I put the cream. It eventually faded, but it worried me.
If I can't use my usual cure for my "monsters", what can I use? I have many drug allergies and antibotics are one of them.
I'm suffering right now with an ugly two-headed booger on my cheek and I want it gone! I'm getting my picture made next week for my job's website. It will be up for a year and I don't want my "monster" in the picture with me. Makeup is out of the question (allergic).
I'm
open to suggestions.

Doesn't that just beat all??? You'd figure that as you grow up that you won't have to worry about
these things anymore. I'm 40 and my back breaks out in very large, painful and hard zits. Not nearly as much as when I was a teenager but the ones I get now leave scars. Whenever I get them, I use warm compresses. The heat can cause them to come to a head, but I am not sure you want that for your face. What about
cortisone cream to reduce any swelling and redness? Can you use that just to get you somewhat normal for the pictures?
But if you are prone to these types of breakouts, check out www.skinID.com My daughter has acne and have used many prescript
ion acne meds to no avail. So we went on there, answered the questions and had a system custom made for her skin type. She is now acne free except for the occasional break thru. It's not that expensive either which surprised me.

I don't eat fried foods.
I stopped that ten years ago due to my father's heart attack. The whole family went heart friendly for him.
