Red & white circular rashes

I noticed a rash on my daughter's legs after I give her Ibuprofen. It looks like her skin bumps are raised inside of them and they are circled with a red rash and some also have an outline a circular white rash around the red circles. This was all the way down one leg and she had a few on the other leg. I called her doctor, I don't think it is allergy though. I gave her benydryl and it did nothing. I think it looks more fungal, something she might have gotten from being in the tanning bed, she's done that before, got bumpy rashes on her chest from a tanning bed, I think she is sun sensitive. But that wasn't circular like this. Any ideas on what it might be? I'm just guessing. Her doctor can't get her back in right now.

No, the white is not outlined in red like that, it is just so much whiter than her skin, it is apparent there is a circle of it around the red area in some spots. The rash is not raised at all. It has one bump inside them and I am positive those are skin pores.

Pityriasis rosea also has a circular rash which is flat and gradually becomes dry. It's a self-limiting viral skin infection that tends to affect teens and young adults.

Really, the only way to diagnose skin rashes is to have them checked by a doctor. There are so many different causes, plus things will look different on different people.
