Hey everybody,
I'm sorry, I'm probably beating the dead horse with this thread, but I'm new here and not really acquainted with the forums.
Once a month or so I have these little "attacks" for lack of a better word. It's painful for me to breathe and the pain spreads to my upper back. I end up getting kind of dizzy, probably from lack of oxygen. I want to sit because I can't breathe, but sometimes walking around makes it better. Once when this happened, my friend said to take deep breaths but it hurt too much to do this so I just took little ones until it passed.
At first I thought this was food-allergy related so I started avoiding foods that triggered it but this didn't help. It happened once after running, but I'm an avid runner and it hasn't happened before or since. Could it be asthma, maybe triggered by an allergen or something?
Thanks in advance for any replies.
