asthma or allergy

hi im hoping someone can help me out a bit, i recently moved in march and since april ive been having breathing problems i have a constant sensation in the back of my throat that feels like theres dust there or something like that its very odd and i become short of breath easy the doctors say my asthma is fine and im told im allergic to mixed pollens and mixed moulds there are so many anti allergy stuff on the market i have no idea what to choose from. also i dont think there is any mould in my house where would the common places be and has anyone else had experinces like this?
any help and advice will be greatly recieved

My allergist explained to me that molds are ubiquitous in the atmosphere, so the best solution for mold allergies is to take shots for the most serious one
to which you are allergic. Often, stopping the most serious allergy has a beneficial effect on the others. They seem to quiet down a bit.

I would consider staying with your allergy specialist who advised you of your allergens, asking about shots for the most serious ones, and follow Red's advice about using a supplemental antihistamine such as Zyrtec, Allegra, etc.

Xyzal (a prescirbed potent form of Zyrtec) was recommended for me, and
it really works wonders for me.
