Good experiences with Flonase to treat allergies?

I have allergies and sinus problems and was prescribed Flonase. Does anyone have any good experiences with Flonase?

Unfortunately I do not have a good experience with Flonase. I have bad allergies so my dr prescribed Flonase for me. I ended up with a severe upper respiratory infection that lead to bronchitis - this is a possible side effect of this med. But there is a great number of people that use this with no problem.
