asthma and its pains can someone help me please?

i am having sudden pains and a pain in my upper back that stays there buy my heart i went to the emergency room and got an ekg and the doctor said that my heart was fine but i am still petrified that it is my heart is an ekg good enough or do i still have to worry or do i see about something for my asthma other than an inhaler?
