I think some of the forums are a little slow right now. It does seem that weather has an effect on how we feel. I'm usually on chronic pain and I can only work in my garden for about 5 minutes before my legs give out and I get too hot and plop on the couch.
My allergies are well under control with weekly injections. My allergist has her patients move up to weekly in allergy season if we are sensitive to pollens. I just started needing grass pollen added to my mix about a year ago.
Interestingly, Medicare started requiring new testing every 3 years, I think she said. It's probably a good idea. I was complaining of feeling bad after eating wheat - something new for me. Maybe fresh testing would be something you could try.
