It has been beautiful upstate New York lately but I think I have a gastro type virus, feel nauseous and gassy. It is too bad because there is a lot I have to do but have to rest and take the day off. DARN IT!

Did you know that since asthma is an auto-immune disease you can pick up all kinds of health problems such as viruses.

Yes, when your immune system is compromised with one auto immune it can be harder to get over a simple virus. I tend to get sick easy, so just have cleaning wipes around.

Take care and get some rest and plenty of chicken noodle soup ( hope your not allergic to that).

You are a sweetie and I appreciate it. I have my air on now and have been swimming every day (about 45 minutes). When I say swimming I mean threading water.

I have been a little cautious with the veggies and fruit. I love fruit also enjoy cooking.

I am almost 69 and no longer enjoy housework. Very repetitive. And because I am allergic to dust, I must be scrupulous about that.

O well, another day another dust ball! Thank you again Chartreux.

Could be maybe you have a chlorine allergy or bromine, Last year I had pool therapy the chlorine smells didn't hit me until after leaving and before getting into the car, I recongized the asthma flair and the xopenex rescue inhaler helped...it's so easy to dismiss the chemical allergies, might be worth thinking about....

I can not walk because of hammer toes and lack of metatarsal padding. What I mean is that I can not go on a long walk. Also bad arthritis from being born with dislocation of the hip and also overweight. I am not severely overweight but am overweight.

The summer puts me in a funk. Feel tired and very unambitious too. I think the best thing is try to swim, try to walk a bit and keep on going on.
