Trouble breathing outdoors

Hi. When I'm indoors doing anything I'm fine. But when I get outside my sinuses clog up, my bronchial area feels tight and I'll have kind of a shortness of breath cough. Typically it occurs in warmer weather. I'm thinking it sounds like allergy induced asthma. I take singular along with symbicort that I got from the doc in the box. Is this what asthma feels like? Thanks.

Dear Specialone, welcome to the forum.

I don't have asthma, but it sounds like you might. We're not doctors, so we can't diagnose or prescribe anything. Is asthma what the doc you saw diagnosed?

I hope you will go to an allergist to get testing and treatment.

Sometimes air pollution makes it hard to breathe out of doors. The combination of heat and humidity cause the air to hold particulates in the air. These particulates can be soot and so forth. Until you see a doctor follow what your body is telling you.
