Anaphylaxis after taking a supplement. 5 days without knowing it

one week before i took a trace mineral supplement and after i showed dizzines and nausea. Although i recognised what was the cause i continued for 3 days because i have chronic lyme disease and needed them. By The 2 day i had, in addition, shortness of breath, heart palpilation, throat and chest tightness, pressure in my head, tachychardia, neck swelling and some back rashes. The third day i went at emergencies but they focused more on my heart function due to lyme history.
I needed 5 days to make the coreleration between the supplement i took with the symptoms, and without second thought i immediatly took antihistamine xyzal. My sympotoms reduced by 90 % but yesterday after 2,5 days taking it, almost all symptoms returned.
What kind of antihistamines are the most effective against anaphylaxis. Xyzal is H-3 kind of antihistamine, could it work ?
