elimination diet whiel breastfeeding

Not sure if this is where to post it...but ds is allergic to different foods in my diet and I was wondering if there are other mama's out there that are going through same things to offer support to one another.

 

Wow, this is an old thread, lol.  Back from March.  So I ended up doing Dr Sears' elimination diet.  My little guy was sensitive to all dairy, soy, eggs and wheat.  He is now almost a year old and I am eating anything I want.  He also eats everything.  Seems that those few months of very restrictive eating gave his little belly time to heal.  If you need any advice feel free to ask.  I'm so glad that I did the elimination diet and continued to breastfeed!!  :)
